The squadron is led and supported by a dedicated team of officers, SNCOs, and civilian instructors who volunteer their time to deliver safe, engaging and high-quality training for our cadets.

Supports the day-to-day administration of the squadron, and assists the OC in ensuring smooth and efficient squadron operations.

Leads on drill, discipline and ceremonial events, and mentors the cadet NCO team.

Coordinates the training programme and supports cadets through classifications and exams.

Supports the welfare and wellbeing of all cadets, offering guidance, pastoral care, and safeguarding support to ensure every young person feels safe, supported and able to thrive.

Civilian Committee Treasurer responsible for managing squadron finances and ensuring funds are used appropriately to support cadet activities.
